**Office Administrator / Customer Service Manager**
Ultimate Bathroom Renovations offers complete bathroom renovations in the Halifax and surrounding area. Our vision is to provide the most exceptional bathroom remodeling experience available in our marketplace from design to completion.
We are looking for an Office administrator / Customer Service Manager to join our team to assist in ensuring a positive experience for potential and existing customers.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Greet and manage questions from walk in customers
- Answer and re-direct all incoming calls
- Assist in maintaining a neat and tidy showroom
- Daily tracking of employee hours
- Submitting bi-weekly payroll to offsite accountant by deadline
- Invoicing Commercial accounts / Residential customers in a timely manner
- Completing all company Data Entry in a timely manner
- Scheduling commercial jobs
- Assisting Project Estimator
- Populating Customer Record sheets
- Receive and manage all incoming mail
- Submit all invoices / statements to owner for payment when due
- Ordering job specific materials
- Assisting owner of business as required
- Someone with energy and enthusiasm
- Minimum 2 years Office Administrator experience
- Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with staff at all levels and people within and outside the organization
- Able to provide an exceptional level of customer service
- Must proactively thrive in a fast paced environment where multitasking and prioritizing is required
- Detail oriented, strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Strong data entry and computer skills with knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Very reliable, must be available to work 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday
**Salary**: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
