We are seeking a dedicated **Inside Sales Coordinato**r _to join our team and support our Sales Representatives and Sales Management in maximizing efficiency and productivity. _If you are passionate about sales, comfortable with chemicals and raw materials, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Update and maintain the accuracy of the client database.
- Prospect and qualify potential sales leads.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Schedule follow-ups and reminders with customers.
- Collaborate with senior sales staff to create and maintain sales reports.
- Establish active communication and engage with sales representatives to ensure prompt processing of orders.
- Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly responding to communications.
- Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking new products.
- Arrange the creation and distribution of supporting documents to aid the sales team in generating business leads.

**Qualifications**:

- Interest and passion for sales and marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office & Excel.
- Minimum 1-year work experience in sales or administration in an office setting.
- **Preferably
- Minimum 1-year experience in International Sales, especially in the USA.**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferably in business administration or science (chemistry) from an accredited college or university.

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Inside sales: 1 year (required)
- B2B sales: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Work Permit (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2024-05-06
