**Job Description - Inside Sales Co-ordinator**
As an Inside Sales Coordinator at Core Logistics, your key responsibility is to drive the expansion of our customer base across diverse divisions. Your focus will involve leveraging our existing customer profiles and employing a range of sales techniques to promote our services effectively. In addition to this, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and expanding our target market database, ensuring strategic growth in alignment with our business objectives.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Promote company and/or client products, services and solutions related to air cargo, warehousing & distribution and P & D to a list of existing, past and or potential future clients.
- Prospect and acquire new clients for domestic, international and trans-border air cargo, air freight and specialized shipping services by maximizing all potential opportunities with existing clients and through cold calling with new prospects.
- Research sources and markets for developing prospective customers.
- Provide rates and service information to clients.
- Ensure successful integration of new business within the framework of existing company policies and procedures.
- Participate in sales meetings and produce weekly reports.
- Liaison appropriate contact information to internal departments, i.e. accounting / operations to ensure successful implementation of rates and services.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required**
- Minimum three (3) years of sales experience
- Strong sales ability and a high degree of professionalism required. Strong team player
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (English)
- Demonstrated self motivation with a proven ability to work independently
- Overcomes objections/obstacles
- Strong planning, organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to multi-task

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
