**POSITION PROFILE**
- The Manager, Inside Sales and Procurement, is responsible for providing day to day support to the sales team, for managing the inside sales and procurement team, and for developing strategies to help achieve company’s sales objectives.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES**
- Manage the daily activities of the inside sales and procurement team and provide support to Account Managers as necessary based on volume which includes quoting, procurement, and billing are completed.
- Provide coaching to your team to drive demand for sales of IT hardware and software solutions, and promote our offering of consulting and managed services to clients
- Identify areas for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change
- Continually seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction and deepen client relationships
- Drive new business through a lead generation program for Konica Minolta field sales personnel
- Ensure consistency of existing systems (QuoteWerks, ConnectWise) through creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedures for processes
- Constantly improve the sales administration and procurement processes and work with the team to execute
- Work with all departments to coordinate and fulfill client requests, projects, billing and to improve business processes
- Manage vendor relationships, partner levels, certifications, and all procurement functions for the organization
- Responsible for ensuring certifications are complete for the Sales team
- Work closely with vendor partners to ensure best pricing, training of employees, and to ensure benefit from current vendor programs
- Manage the rebate process and ensure returns from vendor relationships
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular coaching to the team
- Develop training programs to develop and refine the skills of the team
- Facilitate regular team and one-on-one meetings
- Conduct CRM opportunity and forecast reviews
- Work closely with Sales Management (ITS, IM, Direct, etc.) on internal processes
- Responsible for interviewing, selection, hiring, onboarding, and training of Inside Sales and Procurement Specialists and Sales Coordinators
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure client expectations are exceeded
- Act as an escalation point for the Sales team, vendors and clients. Resolve issues and complaints.
- Develop and maintain KPI’s to track team success metrics and distribution of team workload
- Communicate team sales goals and monitor performance
- Facilitate, schedule, attend and participate in vendor training sessions

**SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS**
- 2+ years of experience working in a team lead/supervisory/manager position, 5-7 experience in IT industry (sales, similar role)
- College or equivalent education.
- Ability to develop, implement and assess performance metrics
- Ability to provide team with on-going coaching and mentorship as required
- Experience using a CRM system, and experience selling IT services and technology products
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient with MS Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
- Ability liaise with clients, vendors, partners and all levels of the organization
- Product knowledge with Citrix, HP, Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, VMware and Lenovo
- Ongoing commitment to professional development and industry certifications
- Ongoing commitment to develop and enhance managerial skills
- Occasional evenings and weekend work as required
- Travel to client/vendor sites and meetings (0-25%)
- Ability to work with a variety of challenging clients
- Ability to coach and manage a team
