- Job Description:_
- attending the design walkthrough in order to create a staging plan
- sharing and communicating the staging report with clients to ensure they have a clear understanding of the timeline of the listing
- coordinating the Listing Schedule with the clients while providing superior client experience
- coordinating with various tradespeople/vendors (including but not limited to painters, electricians, landscapers, photographers, movers) that will assist with the design process
- selecting and tracking inventory from our warehouse
- assisting with rearranging furniture and accessories to maximize space and aesthetic appeal
- providing design recommendations to clients with appropriate colours, upgrades, furniture selection, etc. to show home in best light for listing and photography
- coordinating the removal of inventory from the property, maintaining organization at warehouse and tracking inventory
- Prospecting for buyer leads, converting leads to appointments, generating leads/nurturing relationships in their sphere of influence
- Identifying homes that meet the clients’ needs, refining those needs, supporting clients through to closing
- Assisting clients with buyer visits and showing them appropriate homes that meet their needs
- Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of real estate transaction from initial contact to close
- Effectively negotiate, or oversee negotiations, for all buyers
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighbourhood, schools, real estate trends, and all home ownership issues
- **Requirements**:_
- one year of residential home staging OR DESIGN experience (preferred)
- has obtained or in the process of obtaining their real estate license, RECO
- a passion for creativity, real estate, and home design/decor
- experience with project coordination & client experience
- the ability to lift heavy objects and work within strict timelines
- a reliable vehicle
- excellent at building rapport, people oriented, strong written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to learn scripts and dialogues
- demonstrated organizational skills
- the desire to be a high achiever in a fast-paced environment
- legally entitled to work in Canada (holding Canadian citizenship, Permanent Resident Status or a valid work permit)

- The expectation of this role is to be working full-time hours with the role being split between Design Coordination/Staging and Sales Representative. Hours will vary for each role on a weekly basis.
