Their sales team is growing, and they're looking for a talented Director of Sales who can help them develop a new sales structure. Reporting to the CEO, this is an exciting chance to work with a company that values innovation and creativity and to help shape the future of occupational health services. It would be great if this person went into the office 1 or 2 days a week
Responsible for supporting, training, and administering the sales process.
Managing the sales process from start to finish, including cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals
Collaborating with the marketing team to develop account-based marketing plans to support cross-sell and upsell efforts
Providing training and support to the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills to meet their targets
Building strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations
Must have 10+ years of B2B sales experience and have 5+ years of experience leading a sales team
Must love to coach, mentor and lead a team of high-performing sales reps (very "hands-on" leader)
A good grasp of medical or benefit sales is nice to have
experience using a CRM and other sales tools)
4 weeks vacation (flexible)
