**About the Opportunity**:
**About You**:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

- Grade 12 plus graduate of a recognized office administration / business / secretarial program, or an equivalent combination of education, training and progressively responsible experience
- Two years recent related experience required
- Medical Terminology course required
- Experience with dictation/transcription preferred
- Experience in a healthcare environment preferred
- Experience utilizing lab information systems preferred
- Minimum typing speed of 60 wpm
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in drafting correspondence, taking minutes and preparing reports
- Speed and accuracy in document transcription
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong organizational, time management and planning/prioritization skills
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

**Hours**:
Permanent, Full-Time position; 70 hours bi-weekly

**Compensation and Incentives**:
$23.19 - $26.24 hourly
