Working hours will be a total of 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm.

What You'll Do
As the Office Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for CASS, providing exceptional service and administrative support to agency staff, individuals in service, and community partners.
**Key responsibilities include**:

- Maintaining knowledge of CASS programs and Calgary-area resources for referrals.
- Supporting the coordination of schedules, events, and record-keeping using specialized software.
- Assisting with office operations: data entry, supply requisitions, payment processing, and more.
- Backing up accounting, payroll, and human resources tasks, including employee account management.
- Upholding a welcoming, trauma-informed office environment for clients and staff.

Who You Are
- You have a Diploma, Degree, or Certificate in Business or Office Administration, or a related field.
- You are highly organized, adaptable, and excel at juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- You communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, and are skilled at building rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
- You value collaboration and work well in a team-based setting, while also being able to work independently.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) is a must.
- Familiarity with not-for-profit work and/or the disability support sector is an asset.
