Marketing Loyalty and CRM Specialist

As a Marketing Loyalty & CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and executing Home Hardware’s CRM and mass Loyalty marketing initiatives. Led by the Manager, Loyalty & CRM this opportunity suits someone who is focused on executing with excellence, has experience with loyalty programs and has strong attention to detail.

- Support the development and lead the assigned Loyalty Marketing Campaigns to support the growth and evolution of the program, including the development of Loyalty Campaign capabilities. Responsible for end-to-end execution of accumulation, redemption, and targeted partner campaigns.
- Support and build out Annual Loyalty Promotional plans, tactics, and targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and optimize efforts leveraging data driven insights.
- Manage the day-to-day communication with Dealers and lead the development of Dealer Communication & Training Materials, managing Connect Content, and facilitating the onboarding and training of new RSOMs, Dealers and Staff.
- Support the day-to-day relationships with our strategic and agency partners.
- Track, monitor and communicate progress of loyalty program and performance against industry leaders.
- Develop Postmortem reports for Loyalty Campaigns and Promotions. Leverage the Customer Data to provide insights into Loyalty Member behaviour, making recommendations to improve future loyalty campaigns.
- Support the development of data monetization strategy and evaluate partnership opportunities to support offer development and coordinate with other stakeholders to identify new ideas to enhance the program.
- Lead the Loyalty team’s contribution to Homecoming including but not limited to booth design, tear down and set up, and Dealer engagement strategy.
**We’re looking for**:
- College Diploma in Business or Marketing with three to five years’ experience.
- Experience with Loyalty partner program and loyalty programs; expert knowledge of Loyalty & CRM principles and practices, specifically in retail.
- Strong marketing background and knowledge in building and following workback schedules.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong analytics skill.
- Google Analytics knowledge.
- Project management.
- Critical thinking and problem solving.
- Ability to build productive business relationships with internal and external partners.
- Experience developing and launching new programs.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office products - strong focus on Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to be onsite three days a week at our corporate office in St. Jacobs, to accommodate our hybrid working model.
