**Elevating Marketing and Dealer Success**

As a Sales and Service Specialist, you will be responsible for marketing as well as training, communication, development, and Dealer support in relation to three programs: Beaver Homes & Cottages, Project Packages, and Home Installs. Led by the Manager, Marketing - Sales & Service, this opportunity will suit someone who has excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills.

- Compiling and reporting on marketing initiatives and their effectiveness and maintaining accurate records for reporting purposes. May also include maintaining accurate, detailed accounting records for Dealer participation and sales tracking.
- Support with designing and developing training materials, webinars, and instructional resources to improve Dealer operations and profitability. May also include facilitating conferences, and professional training sessions, for Dealers and employees, both in-person and virtually.
- Support with facilitating training sessions, providing technical software support, and assisting in software development and design, ensuring functionality to support all sales and service programs.
- Support with recruitment of new program members (Dealers) for each of the sales and service programs. Manage and process membership requests.
- Support with developing, updating, and maintaining various program databases, regional price lists, assortment drawings, assembly instructions, and translations.

**We’re looking for**:

- Diploma in Business, Marketing or Administration with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and react to changing situations; with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work extended hours when needed.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively as required to facilitate training and conferences.
- The ability to be onsite three days a week at our corporate office in St. Jacobs, to accommodate our hybrid working model.
