**DEPARTMENT**: Administrative

**LOCATION**: 661 Main Street

**HOURS OF WORK**: 40 hours a week

**RESPONSIBILITES**:

- Assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resource Director
- Compile and update employee records
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Experience or education in human resources management would be an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, both oral and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Satisfactory Criminal Record Check with Clear Vulnerable Sector Search and Clear Adult Abuse Registry Check required
