**Overview**

**Duties**:

- Prepare a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts following recipes and guidelines
- Bake, package, and present pastries in an appealing manner
- Decorate cakes and pastries with precision and creativity
- Ensure all food handling and sanitation standards are met
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet customer demands
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with pastry selection and inquiries

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a pastry cook or similar role within the food industry
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and pastry production
- Familiarity with cake decorating techniques is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Customer service-oriented with good communication skills
- Knowledge of restaurant kitchen operations is advantageous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.84-$26.62 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
