**Job Summary**:
The HR Administration Analyst is responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing HR administrative functions using the PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This role involves analyzing HR data, processing employee information, and ensuring accurate and efficient HR operations. The HR Administration Analyst will collaborate with various teams to maintain data integrity, support HR processes, and assist in the implementation of HR systems and solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administer and maintain the PeopleSoft HCM system, ensuring it is up to date and operating smoothly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to PeopleSoft HR modules.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal details, compensation, benefits, job history, and other HR-related data.
- Ensure the timely and accurate entry of HR data into the HRIS.
- Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave management, and wellness programs.
- Generate and analyze HR reports, such as turnover rates, headcount, employee demographics, and other HR metrics.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of required HR documentation, such as employee handbooks, training records, and performance appraisals.
- Assist with handling employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, payroll, and other HR-related matters.
- Assist in coordinating HR meetings, training sessions, and company events.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in HR administration or a similar administrative role.
- Experience with PeopleSoft is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field-social sciences.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $30.00-$31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- French (preferred)
