Job Posting & Description Writing: Leverage your network and recruitment expertise to source and screen candidates. A strong network in related fields is essential.
Conduct preliminary phone interviews and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews. Client & Candidate Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for both clients and candidates, delivering an end-to-end, red-carpet recruitment experience.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain organized reports on recruitment activities and support team operations to ensure client satisfaction.

Location: Four days a week in-office, with potential for flexible or hybrid work options.
Fluent French and English (spoken and written) are required.
Flexible hours with a possibility of hybrid work.
Competitive remuneration, aligned with experience and performance.
Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
~ Fully bilingual in French and English (both written and spoken).
~2-3 years of recruitment experience, ideally with a strong emphasis on direct sourcing.
~ Background in IT and/or Accounting recruitment is an asset.
