**About the Role**:
Behavox's HR Operations Specialists are responsible for working within an HR team to help the company leverage people data and metrics within a global corporate setting to inform business decisions. They also provide the operational HR support services that help to onboard, engage, develop and retain our talented workforce.
You will execute on operational HR strategies, policies and processes that support our employees. This will include the execution of all HR transactions and administration, such as benefits and equity administration, regulatory compliance, and onboarding and offboarding activities. You will be working to support our global workforce who are delivering Artificial Intelligence to the world's largest and most sophisticated enterprises.

**About the Role**:
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for Ticket and Alert management along with internal communication and proactive troubleshooting (e.g. escalations and follow-ups). Furthermore, you'll gain valuable exposure into troubleshooting complex distributed systems.

**What You'll Bring***:
- A deep and genuine interest in Behavox as demonstrated by a connection to its mission, marketplace and/or technologies
- The ability to maintain regular HRIS input by collecting and verifying the accuracy and completeness of employee lifecycle information, such as personal data, contract terms, and benefits and compensation details
- Experience in troubleshooting workforce issues concerning employees and management to ensure positive employee relations
- The ability to contribute to onboarding and offboarding efforts through the creation of frameworks for educational sessions for new hires and feedback and exit interviews for terminated employees
- Hands-on experience with HR management reporting using Google Sheets/Excel, including data collection, aggregation, structuring and analysis.

- Use, manage and optimize HRIS systems (BambooHR and Carta are preferred), focusing on keeping data 100% accurate, following change management protocols, and automating tasks where possible
