Sarens Canada is currently recruiting for a Fleet Coordinator & Administrator based out of our Cambridge, ON office.

This is a full-time permanent position reporting to the VP Fleet & Operations.

As a skilled professional, you will be tasked with ensuring the team at Sarens Canada is provided with exceptional services. Specifically, you will be tasked with:
**SHEQ and Compliance**:
Actively involved in the branch to work safely and according to the Sarens’ quality standards to ensure that all work is done in a safe, efficient and qualitative way.

**Fleet Department**:

- Assisting with the management of Fleet operational activities
- Preparing and maintaining Fleet documents and reports
- Pro-actively informs Maintenance & Operations dept. on status and condition of equipment.
- Assist Business Unit with AX / Work order procedure and entries
- Review & assisting planning with Fleet Planning & WPR
- Keeps crane manuals, certificates, and legal documentation up to date.
- Assist with shipping & receiving in Ontario
- Assist with Parts ordering, procurement and sourcing better pricing
- Prepare service quotes and review work orders and invoicing
- Assist with DT creation & Elimination
- Following up with PRF’s parts eta’s, shop stock, and parts procurement.
- Review GLOBETRACKING data on a regular basis
- Utilize Titan GPS to monitor - Maintenance for LVs, Tractors and trailers.
- Monitor CVIPS, Annual & NDT Inspections.
- Review of Fuel expenses across the BU’s

Sarens Canada is looking for a career-orientated individual who can quickly adapt to a changing environment. As a Fleet Coordinator and Administrator, you will possess the following:

- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience with cranes and heavy transport preferred
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft office and Dynamics 365
- Strong organizational skills
- Customer-focused
- Motivated, solution-driven and entrepreneurial
- Disciplined and committed to quality
- Loyal, honest and sincere

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
