The Opportunity

Venturis is looking for a Vehicle Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Ontario, Canada . As the Vehicle Fleet Coordinator , you will act as a liaison between employees, leasing companies, insurance companies, vendors, and the Venturis safety/risk committee. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to emails, phone calls, and messages regarding the Venturis Fleet Vehicle Program.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

As the Vehicle Fleet Coordinator your key responsibilities will include:

Execute the purchase, transfer, and disposal of company vehicles Process vehicle lease and purchase documents and related invoices Ensure compliance of company vehicles to all insurance/registration regulations Ensure compliance of company vehicles to all company safety regulations Administer company vehicle policy to all company vehicle drivers Manage Global Positioning System (GPS) data installed on company assets (vehicle and other equipment) Provide training and support to others on the GPS systems Coordinate various actions with key vehicle-related vendors Conduct vendor evaluation meetings with key vendors Source alternative vendors and complete vendor benchmarking Lead monthly vehicle fleet meeting with senior management Provide coding to the accounting group for vehicle related expenses/invoices

Required Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:

Previous fleet management experience Proficiency with MS Office Suite Strong customer service skills and problem-solving skills Multi-tasking skills Ability to manage and meet deadlines A self-starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision

The base salary range for this role is: $58,000 to $65,000 per year.

This is a remote role based in Ontario, Canada.
