Our group is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team out of our CanadaOne Dealer Services location.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and enhance workplace culture.
- Support all aspects of the HR department, including talent acquisition, training, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.
- Assist with workforce planning and employee development to ensure alignment with our service excellence standards and operational needs.
- Foster a positive work environment that supports team collaboration and professional growth.
- Maintain HR documentation for the organization
- Handle staff inquiries with the support of the HR Manager and executive team
- Travel to dealerships and newly acquired dealerships
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in Canada, with a strong understanding of Canadian labour laws and employment standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.

Pay: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
