The Human Resources (HR) section of SRC’s Organizational Effectiveness Division has a career opportunity for an Human Resources Advisor.

**Accountabilities**

The HR Advisor contributes to the advancement of the HR function by providing expert guidance on policies and best practices, ensuring compliance, and supporting all aspects of the HR lifecycle to enhance overall organizational effectiveness, including but not limited to:

- Support employee relations activities, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Contribute to the development, review and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports and letters, analyze data to inform HR strategies and decision making
- Respond to internal and external HR inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide guidance and advice on a variety of employee relations and human resource issues
- Support recruitment activities including onboarding and offboarding as required
- Work in a variety of HR functional areas and participate in special projects

**Qualifications**
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources. An equivalent combination of experience and education will be considered
- A good understanding of HR principles, best practices and applicable employment legislation
- A Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation or working towards your designation is an asset
- Minimum three years experience working in Human Resources
