About AMJ Campbell Moving
Roles and Responsibilities
- Verify Proof of Deliveries for various clients and bill based on client contracts.
- Send invoices to customers within weekly deadlines.
- Create payable invoices to pay all AMJ Campbell third parties for services provided.
- Process driver pay based on driver contracts.
- Create driver invoices and statements for AMJ Campbell Home Delivery division.
- Address Home Delivery driver inquiries regarding statements if required.
- Assist in billing and commission of other contracts when required.
- Additional tasks as assigned including office administration.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to excel within a fast pace, high stress level environment and process large volumes of detailed work accurately and on time
- Dedicated and highly self-motivated with initiative and a 100% positive attitude at all times
- Possesses integrity, exceptional teamwork skills and reliable
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, good listening skills
- Intermediate knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
