**Sales Admin Assistant**

We are seeking a multi-talented Sales Admin Assistant with a strong background in credit, data reporting, and B2B sales of data as a service. They will support sales team efforts, generating agreements, order processing, fielding customer questions, and other admin roles for the team.
- Supports sales with daily activities, such as order/renewal processing, agreement creation/changes, administration, and follow-up
- Client set-up into the customer system
- Assisting with proposals
- Develop strong relationships with all customers to foster customer stewardship and retention

You are best suited for this role if you are:

- _**Detail-oriented**_ - you don’t like making little mistakes, and you always ensure that client files are accurate and free of any oversights.
- _**Customer Oriented**_- you’ll have customer service and/or sales experience.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of sales, sales support, and administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills, including Excel and MS Office
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and client service skills
- Poses the ability to work as a part of a team and independently
- Eager for growth in an environment that is growing
- Ability to meet deadlines, strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills

**Salary**: $40,000.00 per year
