We are looking for a proactive and skilled **General IT and Data Admin/Support** professional to join our dynamic team.
**Role Overview**: The General IT and Data Admin/Support role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and the accurate management of data across departments. This position involves troubleshooting IT issues, setting up new systems for employees, and maintaining various software platforms, most importantly Netsuite.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**General IT**:
- Maintain and manage IT inventory, including monitors and other hardware.
- Support and understand all software used by Peak, including Techship and OneDrive.
**Netsuite Data Admin/Support**:
- Customize and run reports based on departmental needs.
- Advise departments on useful reporting practices and data management.
- Set up new items, update items, and manage price lists within Netsuite.
- Continually update customer profiles and other key data as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Must be experienced in Netsuite, including item setup, data updates, and price management.
- Strong skills in Excel are required; familiarity with Techship and OneDrive is a plus.
- Skilled in running and customizing reports; capable of maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
- Understanding of general business operations is an advantage.
- Strong ability to explain technical concepts in clear, simple terms.
- High level of precision in managing IT inventory and data.
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment independently.
