Bookkeeper/administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable - processing incoming payments, collections, preparing statements for outstanding balances
- Accounts Payable - processing invoices and issuing payments, preparing cheques
- Bookkeeping - Perform monthly bank reconciliations and required adjusting entries
- Review commercial and residential leases and update rent rolls
- Perform regular payroll and remittance calculations
- Complete monthly corporate tax and HST payments
- Prepare annual budgets and final billing adjustments for recoverable expense
- Reporting to management and providing property managers with information
**Requirements**:
- Accounting background/experience is a must
- Knowledge of QuickBooks (1 Year) and intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task.
- Results and detail oriented.
- Self-starter with high degree of initiative.

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
