iae GLOBAL, one of the biggest and most-diverse education management company is looking to expand its team at the Toronto office location.

**Responsibilities**:

- Administer payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain and update general ledgers and financial statements.
- Reconcile accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
- Assist in budgeting and financial tasks, including accounts payable, payroll, and bank reconciliation.
- Manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment collection.
- Prepare various statistical, financial, and accounting reports to support decision-making.
- Handle billing and invoicing processes efficiently.
- Maintain admission records related to payments and invoicing.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Education : Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Experience : 2+ years
- Proficient in bookkeeping principles and practices
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in budgeting, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliation.
- 2 years of experience with knowledge of accounting software (such as QuickBooks) for financial tracking and reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Proficiency in MS-Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
