**Responsibilities**
- Own both internal and customer deliverables for key Canadian accounts
- Effectively communicate account plans to stakeholders to ensure plans are successfully executed
- Coordinate the involvement of cross-functional company personnel to support the customer’s performance objectives
- Manage promotional planning and trade spend to deliver quarterly and annual top
- and bottom-line targets
- Build analytics using multiple data sources to provide pragmatic recommendations
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor with key customer stakeholders
- Support internal annual business planning and joint business planning with customers
- Some travel within Canada may be required

**Requirements**:

- Self-motivated individual with a high energy level and a progressive business attitude suited to working in a start-up environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce or relevant field
- 2 to 5 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, and/or Category Management, preferably from a food retailer or CPG manufacturer; must have customer-facing experience
- Proven ability to effectively navigate organizational complexity, collaborate with cross-functional teams, respond to new situations with flexibility, and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills in order to support the customer’s performance objectives
- Strong analytical capabilities with aptitude in MS Excel and PowerPoint to generate insightful reports and presentation
- Working knowledge of retail data platforms an asset
- French & English bilingual capability preferred

**Vos rôles et responsabilités consisteront notamment à**:

- Posséder les livrables internes et clients pour les principaux comptes canadiens
- Communiquer efficacement les plans de compte aux parties prenantes pour s'assurer que les plans sont exécutés avec succès
- Coordonner l'implication du personnel interfonctionnel de l'entreprise pour soutenir les objectifs de performance du client
- Gérer la planification promotionnelle et les dépenses commerciales pour atteindre les objectifs trimestriels et annuels de haut et de bas
- Créer des analyses à l'aide de plusieurs sources de données pour fournir des recommandations pragmatiques
- Établissez-vous en tant que conseiller de confiance auprès des principales parties prenantes des clients
- Agir en tant qu'expert interne en la matière sur les performances des comptes et les meilleures pratiques des clients
- Soutenir la planification commerciale annuelle interne et la planification commerciale conjointe avec les clients
- Certains déplacements au Canada peuvent être nécessaires

**Exigences et Profil recherché**:

- Personne motivée avec un niveau d'énergie élevé et une attitude commerciale progressive adaptée au travail dans un environnement de démarrage
- Baccalauréat en affaires/commerce ou dans un domaine pertinent
- 2 à 5 ans d'expérience dans les ventes, le marketing et/ou la gestion de catégories, de préférence chez un détaillant en alimentation ou un fabricant de CPG ; doit avoir une expérience en contact avec la clientèle
