Key Account Executive

As a Key Account Executive at TWI Foods, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing our existing client relationships while driving ongoing sales growth. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to the success of our company.
**Responsibilities**:
- You will take ownership of already generated leads, starting with current customers, and drive ongoing sales efforts to expand and deepen relationships.
- Organize and prioritize key follow-ups with clients, ensuring timely and proactive communication to address their needs and concerns effectively.
- Conduct regular reviews of accounts receivables to ensure that all customers are up to date with their payments, working closely with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies or outstanding issues.
- Act as a project manager in addressing issues of short shipments, collaborating with relevant departments to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and prevent future occurrences.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to review and interpret data related to sales performance and accounts receivables.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to address issues promptly and effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred.
