**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers both online and in-person, understanding their needs to recommend the perfect vehicle.
- Showcase our diverse range of used vehicles, highlighting features and benefits, and using our unique 360-degree online inventory view.
- Guide customers through the entire buying process, from selection to delivery, providing transparent financing solutions.
- Build lasting relationships with customers, fostering repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with our logistics team to arrange for the delivery of vehicles across Atlantic Canada.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in car sales or a similar role.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and rapport-building abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Flexibility to work various hours, including weekends.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$126,679.32 per year
