We are seeking a highly motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Canada. As a key member of our finance department and support team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our including managing revenue and accounts receivable processes.

Job Overview:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Maintain the billing system by accurately processing invoices and account statements.

2. Generate invoices and account statements in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

3. Perform account reconciliations to ensure all payments and transactions are properly recorded and reconciled.

4. Maintain accounts receivable files and records, including customer information, invoices, and payment history.

5. Investigate and resolve any irregularities or inquiries related to billing, payments, or account balances.

6. Assist in general financial management and analysis by providing support for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounts receivable processes and improve efficiency.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
1. Experience in accounting or finance is required for this role.

2. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

3. Ability to work independently and proactively identify and address issues.

4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and resolving issues.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
