**Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. **This position will start off as a permanent part-time position and will transition to a full-time position in the fall.**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents
- Manage phone systems by answering calls and directing inquiries appropriately
- Manage and update multiple platforms
- Handle highly sensitive and confidential matters related to the daily activities of multiple departments and the organization
- Assist in real estate market research and complete reports
- Assist with customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Support office functions in a variety of settings including medical
- Perform any other general office duties as necessary
- Other duties shall be assigned as required

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in administrative roles with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Familiarity with real estate MLS system is a bonus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00 per hour
