**About this opportunity**

CBI Health is currently seeking an Accounting Administrator reporting to the Accounting Manager. As a key member of our Community Rehabilitation Services team in Ottawa, the Accounting Administrator will use their knowledge and experience to support the timely and accurate execution of processes related to accounting.

**Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day**
- Prepare, organize and maintain case relevant information as it relates to accounting
- Contact customers on a regular basis regarding overdue or inactive accounts
- Respond to customer inquiries, maintain good customer relations and solve problems
- Process all client or other payments
- Invoicing accounts with the appropriate fees and information
- Enter invoices in the system for payments ensuring correct approval, coding and matching
- Perform filing and general administrative tasks
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

**What you need to be successful**
- 1-2 years of previous accounting experience
- The ability to work independently and as an effective member of a team
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking and problem solving skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Computer literacy (Windows) - Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to communicate with all customers and staff member
