Quorum is looking to hire an Accounting Specialist to join our Corporate Finance team to take ownership of the full cycle accounts payable and receivable

This is a business-critical role that maintains our commitment to operational excellence and reliable operations. This Accounting Specialist role is primarily responsible for creating and sending customer invoices, collecting payments and maintaining receivables, and corresponding with customers on a timely basis.

- Working with detailed spreadsheets relating to customer reconciliations and consolidations.
- Creating and processing customer invoices.
- Investigating and processing customer credits.
- Maintain accurate and up to date customer billing details.
- Preparing bank deposits.
- Maintaining customer files.
- Aid the CFO with other projects as required.
- Process incoming payments by check, EFT, and PAD.
- Generate and review monthly reports.
- Maintain accurate records, including ledgers, receipts, and invoices.
- Perform administrative and other tasks as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 1-3 years of general accounting experience.
- 1-3 years of experience working with payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Experience creating and maintaining documentation.
- A talent for efficiently handling tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills; detail oriented and highly accurate.
