Property Administrator

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Assist in training development for new employees
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Support human resources functions such as maintaining employee records
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Perform clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist in budgeting and financial record keeping
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of front desk procedures and basic administrative tasks
- Familiarity with handling confidential information with discretion
