**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized office records.
- Preparing, formatting and editing various documentation for residential and corporate/commercial real estate purchases, sales and mortgage transactions.
- Preparing and proofing legal descriptions from survey plans.
- Facilitation the closing of property transactions.
- Receiving, processing and filing registered documents form the registry.
- Preparing final reporting packages to clients and lenders.
- Providing backup coverage in the absence of a runner.

**Qualifications**
- Ability to provide a professional and friendly experience for clients.
- Understanding of legal terminology and documents.
- Understanding of the time sensitive nature of property transactions and of the confidential nature of a law firm.
- Proficient in administrative tasks including data entry and file management.
- ability to be proactive and to take initiative to meet organization's goals and objectives.
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and to reassess and adapt to changing priorities as needed.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $35,000.00-$39,000.00 per year
