**About the role**

**Responsibilities**
- Work with Clients, Account Manager, and Operations team to coordinate develop, drive, and implement project goals.
- Assist in various aspects of project data collection plans, development, and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Conduct/assist with regular project status meetings to review progress, address issues, and identify potential risks.
- Assist in the preparation of the Project Management team’s OKRs, project proposals, presentations, and reports for clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on project metrics, including key performance indicators (KPIs), to track project performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide support and guidance to project team members, fostering collaboration, learning, and development.

**Required Qualifications/Components**
- Technical degree/diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Surveying experience is a plus
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in project management is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum etc.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools such as Asana.
- Ability to collaborate with the team and solve problems using sound professional judgment, creativity, and innovation.
- Experience in the civil engineering, construction industry, and/or surveying is a plus.
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical data, specifications, and structural drawings.
- Working knowledge of software programs such as AutoCAD is a plus.

**Preference may be given to applicants with the following**:

- Experience working with photogrammetry software, particularly from Bentley.
- Experience troubleshooting drone technology using open-source information.
- Experience in project management or coordination.
- Experience in surveying and a strong understanding of coordinate systems.
- Experience with UAV-based infrastructure inspections.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and energy towards drone technology and other various data collection methods.
- Passion for photography with experience in optimizing camera settings for differing environments.
- Experience and passion for interacting with external stakeholders.
