Customer Account Administrator

DRIVING FORCE is searching for a Customer Account Administrator to join our Fleet Services team at our Edmonton West location. The Customer Account Administrator acts as a support to the Corporate Customer Manager and the Corporate Customer Specialists.

**What you'll do**:
- Answering general inquiries from customers and vendors
- Preparing bid proposals to Business Development Managers
- Forecasting contract expiry dates and assisting with contract renewals
- Assisting Corporate Customer Specialists as required and provide customer service as required
- Analyzing relevant data, gathering information, and submitting bids
- Communicating with branches about potential tender opportunities
- Researching potential business opportunities for TDFI on tender websites
**What you'll need**:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year experience in the automotive industry
- Valid Driver’s License (in order to drive company vehicles)
- Efficient time management skills to meet demanding deadlines
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to delegate tasks effectively
- Strong Organization skills
- Experience in fleet management would be considered an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledgeable in business development contracts
