Reporting to the Regional Project Manager, the Regional Administrator will provide ongoing administrative support in enhancing operational efficiencies and customer service at the Regional airports that consist of one (1) Director of Operations, seven (7) Regional Managers, forty one (41) Regional Service Delivery Managers, and 500 Screening Officers. The role entails data collection and management, report generation, in addition to general administrative responsibilities. A key area of responsibility of this position will be to arrange travel for all regional employees. The position also works with Regional Managers by supporting various projects, initiatives, and systems. This position will require the Regional Administrator to be able to multi-task with competing priorities with a demonstrated ability to work well under pressure.

**Specific Task or Responsibilities**
- Provide the Regional Operations Management team with ongoing administrative support, tools and knowledge to effectively manage their operations and people.
- Assist in developing and maintaining report mechanisms and systems that are relevant and easily accessible to the operation; provide training and guidance on how to use reporting tools.
- Work with various departments to gather information/data as needed to generate analysis reports.
- Gather and prepare progress reports from the Recurrent Learning Program (RLP).
- Enter new regional hires into the CATSA (Canadian Air Transport Security Authority) Learning Management System and be the regional liaison between the regional operation and the training department.
- Maintain and streamline information such as Training records and RLP.
- Track classroom hours and reconcile/correct them for CATSA.
- Update and maintain the CATSA performance trackers.
- Distribute CATSA operational procedural changes.
- Manage the Director of Operations' calendar and travel,
- Plan and coordinate regional meetings, on or off site, including logistics, and venues.
- Arrange travel including flights, hotel accommodations and car rentals for all regional staff.
- General administrative duties as required (supply ordering)
- Other duties as assigned.

**Education, Experience and Skills**
- Minimum two years of administrative experience preferably in aviation security
- Highly organized self-starter with a demonstrated ability to multi-task priorities and assignments
- Strong interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution skills to deal effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Sound analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills
- Working knowledge of relevant security and employment legislation
- Intermediate computer skills, including Excel, Word, SharePoint and TimeGate
- The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Ability to function with accuracy under heavy workload and deadlines.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain Transport Canada Security Clearance.
