About the Opportunity:


As a member of the Marketing team and reporting to Sarah Whyte, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the success of a full-fledged marketing campaign which include but are not limited to research, idea generation, target audience assessment, direct marketing initiatives, and scheduling.


In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Execute marketing related material by creating, editing and posting;
  • Manage Global Calendar;
  • Collaborate with BU teams, regional counterparts, and HR to ensure accurate and timely posts for specific regions and target audiences;
  • Set up engaging eDM campaigns in Marketo to reach target audiences;
  • Review and edit content as necessary to maintain highquality communication;
  • Evaluate campaign performance using key metrics and generate detailed reports;
  • Develop and manage a wellorganized schedule for executing campaigns;
  • Organize and oversee all aspects of webinar planning and execution;
  • Create and edit precise content on GoToWebinar platform;
  • Monitor registration numbers and send targeted reminders;
  • Compile and distribute comprehensive reports and analytics;
  • Maintain and update an uptodate event calendar;
  • Manage financial aspects, including tracking payments and generating invoices;
  • Handle the logistics and shipping arrangements for trade show participation;
  • Engage with vendors to obtain quotes and manage payment transactions;
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive calendar to track ad placements and submission deadlines;
  • Monitor graphic submission deadlines and promptly notify the relevant team if needed;
  • Assist in various marketingrelated tasks, such as editing, formatting, and publishing.

About You:

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field;
  • You possess 23 years' experience in the related industry;
  • You are experienced with Microsoft Office;
  • You exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating effectiveness, respect, and tact in interactions;
  • You display strong organizational, project management and facilitation capabilities, combined with a high level of trustworthiness, attention to detail, and accuracy;
  • You demonstrate adeptness in collaborating with team members while also possessing the ability to work autonomously when required;
  • You produce innovative and aligned content that accurately represents the company's perspectives;
  • You utilize analytical skills to collect and assess information for informed decisionmaking;
  • You showcase a heightened level of creativity in approach and execution;
  • You employ robust teamwork abilities, while also showcasing proficiency in independent work.
