**About the Opportunity**:
As a member of the Marketing team and reporting to Sarah Whyte, you will be responsible for various tasks related to the success of a full-fledged marketing campaign which include but are not limited to research, idea generation, target audience assessment, direct marketing initiatives, and scheduling. In this role, you will be expected to:

- Execute marketing related material by creating, editing and posting;
- Manage Global Calendar;
- Collaborate with BU teams, regional counterparts, and HR to ensure accurate and timely posts for specific regions and target audiences;
- Set up engaging eDM campaigns in Marketo to reach target audiences;
- Review and edit content as necessary to maintain high-quality communication;
- Evaluate campaign performance using key metrics and generate detailed reports;
- Develop and manage a well-organized schedule for executing campaigns;
- Organize and oversee all aspects of webinar planning and execution;
- Create and edit precise content on GoToWebinar platform;
- Monitor registration numbers and send targeted reminders;
- Compile and distribute comprehensive reports and analytics;
- Maintain and update an up-to-date event calendar;
- Manage financial aspects, including tracking payments and generating invoices;
- Handle the logistics and shipping arrangements for trade show participation;
- Engage with vendors to obtain quotes and manage payment transactions;
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive calendar to track ad placements and submission deadlines;
- Monitor graphic submission deadlines and promptly notify the relevant team if needed;
- Assist in various marketing-related tasks, such as editing, formatting, and publishing.

**About You**:

- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field;
- You possess 2-3 years’ experience in the related industry;
- You are experienced with Microsoft Office;
- You exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating effectiveness, respect, and tact in interactions;
- You display strong organizational, project management and facilitation capabilities, combined with a high level of trustworthiness, attention to detail, and accuracy;
- You demonstrate adeptness in collaborating with team members while also possessing the ability to work autonomously when required;
- You produce innovative and aligned content that accurately represents the company's perspectives;
- You utilize analytical skills to collect and assess information for informed decision-making;
- You showcase a heightened level of creativity in approach and execution;
- You employ robust teamwork abilities, while also showcasing proficiency in independent work.
