**Job description**

Administrative tasks day to day will include:

- Data entry and organization of athlete information
- Oversight & completion of paperwork and customer accounts
- Execution of company payroll, including compilation of employee statements
- Support and active role in all corporate events
- Thorough organization of all customer accounts. Oversight of accounts receivable, payment reminders and incoming payments
- Constant communication with Representative team on required items
- Periodic travel to execute daily tasks
- Thorough reporting to Executive group regarding updates, complete items and priority tasks to ensure effective performance

Group benefits are available to all employees outside of their probationary period. All company-related expenses and gas mileage are reimbursed, and compensation plans are revisited frequently to reward performance.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
