The Associate Product Manager (APM) role is an entry level Product role for those looking to build their career in Product Management. As an APM at Mejuri you will be working in collaboration with a Senior Product Manager or Group Product Manager to develop and integrate software to enable Warehouse Operations and Supply Chain to support Mejuri's continued growth and global expansion.

As our newest Associate Product Manager. you will own the ideation and execution of the end-to-end lifecycle for features or products within this area, from research and requirements to delivery and ongoing monitoring of success metrics You will work closely with stakeholders to drive direction, hold your vendors accountable to their work and bring these inputs to inform the planning and delivery with cross-functional teams of software developers, product designers and business colleagues. You are comfortable with medium sized features launches and creating your own roadmap for the quarter ahead. In this role, you'll be taking a hypothesis-driven approach to evolving our digital experience, using data and customer input to take your strategy all the way through to execution and iteration. You drive the culture and ways of working with your development and design team to deliver results whilst having fun. You'll work cross-functionally with all areas of the company with a particular focus on enabling your pod of software development and design professionals.

**What you'll do**:

- Partner with various stakeholders from Associate to Senior Manager across the organization to create a product strategy and roadmap for our global Fulfillment, Distribution and Supply Chain functions
- Be a champion of the data your Product's build and support the Data team in understanding it and using it to build their reports for the organization
- Conduct data analysis to identify business opportunities, create experiments (A/B Testing), and define success measures (KPIs).
- Run and measure the impact of A/B tests to continuously improve the omni experience and drive metrics.
- Lead the development of new features, enhancements and fixes by developing and owning a product roadmap.
- Work with developers, product and service designers to translate product strategy into detailed stories.
- Partner with product/ service design to identify qualitative research opportunities and define positive outcomes.
- Support the effective delivery of product features through trouble-shooting, re-prioritizing, managing scope and communicating business needs.
- Lead your cross-functional team to deliver business impact via scalable and measurable improvements in metrics that you will largely define.
- Communicating learnings both within your immediate team and across the broader organization

- You know how to roll up your sleeves, pull the right people together, and get stuff done
- Well-versed in omnichannel strategies, retail experiences and consumer behavior.
- You are a fiercely passionate advocate for customer experience, and you know how to balance art and science in driving positive change.
- You are accountable and drive your pod and colleagues to also have an owner approach and mentality to their work
- Experience in vendor management balancing the partnership and relationship building with advocating for your team and customers
