**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Technical Support**: Provide exceptional technical assistance to clients and partners, resolving inquiries and troubleshooting issues effectively.
- **Documentation**: Develop comprehensive, reusable technical documentation, including operational guidelines and workflows tailored for clients.
- **Client Onboarding**: Support clients during the onboarding process by assisting with technical customizations and creating solutions to meet client needs.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with project managers, developers, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and execution of projects.
- **Technical Consultations**: Assist in preparing and responding to technical questionnaires, and participate in meetings with managers and directors to represent the technical team.

**Qualifications**
- Strong understanding of technical operations and processes.
- Experience in building technical documentation and guidelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams, including developers and project managers.
- Previous experience with **BSS/OSS **or **architectural databases** is a strong bonus.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and customer support tools is an asset.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
