**Associate Technical Artist - Rigging ( EA Create : Rigging )**:

**Rigging**:
EA Create Rigging, the versatile team mostly based between Vancouver, Canada, and Orlando, Florida is best known for creating amazing work in titles such as Football Club, Madden, UFC, Plants Versus Zombies, Apex Legends, Dead Space, and Battlefield to name a few; and we're looking to expand our team for upcoming titles.

**Associate Technical Artist - Rigging**:
An Associate Rigging Artist works on a specific project under the direction of a Rigging Lead and Development Director to ensure assets requests are completed to the quality level of the project. Your tasks can include rig creation, skinning, and cloth/hair simulation.

This is a temporary position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Rigging and Skinning
- Cloth and Hair Simulation
- Asset maintenance
- Build efficiency scripts

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ years experience
- Background in rigging and skinning assets
- Expertise in Maya
- Knowledge of animation principles and human anatomy

**Bonus**:

- Python Scripting Experience
- Game Engine Experience
- 3D Math Experience
- Houdini Experience
- Motion Capture Familiarity

BC COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these locations. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

HOURLY PAY RANGES
- British Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria):
º $54,900 - $84,750 CAN Annually
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, and after 3 months of service - extended health/dental/vision coverage and basic life insurance.
