**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date.
- Perform daily cash management duties, including the recording of bank deposits, updating and distribution of cash receipt logs, and posting of cash to customer accounts.
- Escalate challenges internally with management and sales team, as appropriate, to find a productive path forward
- Support other finance team members
- Assist the Management/Sales team in providing requested information for customers.
- Prepare Credit Reference checks and obtain credit information
- Resolve invalid or unauthorized deductions; Verify validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and nvestigating information from sales, other departments, and from customer

**Qualifications**:

- 2 or more years of experience with collections and interaction with customers
- Background in understanding complex reconciliations and assisting customers with resolution of challenges
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Computer literate with a high degree of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Attention to detail;
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy is required;
- Account reconciliation;
- Ability to work under pressure;
