Profile

The Uniform Coordinator is the primary team member facing role within the operations team. Responsible for the distribution of uniform garments to Elite team members. This position places a high emphasis on customer service and organizational skills. Along with these responsibilities the Coordinator will also help maintain appropriate inventory levels and liaise with Elite management and others to ensure all team members have the right tools to look and feel their best at work.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversees the distribution of uniform pieces
- Maintains records of all team members and their uniform allotment; ensures all team members receive uniform pieces in a timely manner
- Responsible for on boarding employees with the correct uniform pieces, sending to sites any additional items not received at the time of hire
- Primary source for maintaining and communicating uniform standards and proper care guidelines
- Responsible for Elite uniform room and inventory located therein, as well as merchandizing showroom to Elite brand standards
- Assists in developing reports for and communicating inventory levels
- Ensures electronic inventory control system is accurate and up to date
- Maintains records of all employees and their uniform allotment
- Responsible for coordination dry cleaning
- Maintains uniform standards and proper care guidelines
- Will be responsible for delivering uniform items to client sites
- Responds to all employee calls and requests in a quick and courteous manner
- Demonstrates continuous effort to improve the overall uniform department, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide superior quality seamless customer service
- Proactively anticipates business needs to ensure all uniform needs are met in a timely manner
- Teamwork: Working collaboratively with others to achieve organizational goals
- Initiative: Dealing with situations and issues proactively and persistently, seizing opportunities that arise.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent research skills
- Familiarity with a range of electronic systems including MS word, MS Excel and Adobe.
- A knowledge of manual or electronic document control systems would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- General understanding of computerized cataloging systems
- Valid G drivers licence
- Will need to provide a clean driving abstract
- Ability to lift 50lbs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
