**Job Title: Material Logistics Specialist**

In this dynamic role as a Material Logistics Specialist, you will play a crucial part in managing the procurement and flow of materials to meet scheduled operating needs within the set budget. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the timely delivery of parts, supplying all components to the assembly line, and being accountable for part delivery adherence to the final line schedule.

- Ensure the timely delivery of parts to support production schedules.
- Supply all components to the assembly line in an organized and efficient manner.
- Be responsible for part delivery adherence to the final line schedule.
- Ensure proper disposal of obsolete/inactive inventory.
- Co-ordinate inter-site demand for materials.
- Reduce discrepancies and deviations from plans by proposing lasting short-term solutions and raising awareness among partners regarding the impact of their work on profitability, client satisfaction, and employee morale.
- Manage inventory levels and in-flow effectively.
- Release planned orders to relevant purchasing documentation.
- Manage activities related to non-conforming materials to meet schedule requirements.
- Oversee incoming shipments and traffic in-bound logistics.
- Ensure that documentation is compliant with internal and external regulations, including snags and Certificates of Conformance (C of Cs).
- Ensure engineering and manufacturing configuration (MAC PAC) compliance.
- Participate in improvement projects and contribute to the demand-to-supply process, including cost reductions, Six Sigma initiatives, manufacturing improvements, TAC, BMIS, and SAP projects.
- Support program management by participating in program reviews and providing information related to any changes in schedules.
- Collaborate with sourcing teams in negotiations and commodity projects.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in administration or operations management.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Materials or Inventory Management.
- Work experience in external production (OP).
- Experience or knowledge of SAP.
- Strong sense of ethics and customer-focused mindset.
- Good analytical, planning, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual (French and English spoken and written).

Dans ce rôle dynamique de spécialiste de la logistique matérielle, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans la gestion de l'approvisionnement et du flux des matériaux afin de répondre aux besoins opérationnels programmés dans le cadre du budget établi. Vos responsabilités consisteront notamment à assurer la livraison des pièces en temps voulu, à fournir tous les composants à la chaîne de montage et à rendre compte du respect du calendrier de livraison des pièces par rapport au calendrier final de la chaîne.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Gérer l'approvisionnement et le flux de matériaux pour répondre aux besoins opérationnels programmés dans le respect du budget établi.
- Assurer la livraison des pièces dans les délais impartis afin de respecter les calendriers de production.
- Fournir tous les composants à la ligne d'assemblage de manière organisée et efficace.
- Être responsable du respect du calendrier de livraison des pièces sur la ligne finale.
- Veiller à l'élimination correcte des stocks obsolètes/inactifs.
- Coordonner la demande de matériaux entre les sites.
- Réduire les écarts et les déviations par rapport aux plans en proposant des solutions durables à court terme et en sensibilisant les partenaires à l'impact de leur travail sur la rentabilité, la satisfaction des clients et le moral des employés.
- Gérer efficacement les niveaux de stock et les entrées.
- Valider les commandes planifiées dans la documentation d'achat appropriée.
- Gérer les activités liées aux matériaux non conformes afin de respecter les exigences du calendrier.
- Superviser les expéditions entrantes et la logistique du trafic entrant.
- S'assurer que la documentation est conforme aux réglementations internes et externes, y compris en ce qui concerne les accrocs et les certificats de conformité.
- Veiller à la conformité de la configuration de l'ingénierie et de la fabrication (MAC PAC).
- Participer aux projets d'amélioration et contribuer au processus de la demande à l'approvisionnement, y compris les réductions de coûts, les initiatives Six Sigma, les améliorations de la fabrication, les projets TAC, BMIS et SAP.
- Soutenir la gestion du programme en participant aux revues de programme et en fournissant des informations relatives à toute modification des calendriers.
- Collaborer avec les équipes d'approvisionnement dans le cadre des négociations et des projets relatifs aux produits de base.
