Job Description: Module Specialist
- Integration

**Job Summary**:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Control administrative and physical conformity of materials.
- Perform operations according to aerospace standards and regulations.
- Follow all quality and safety rules.
- Perform necessary transaction associated with material in ERP system in accordance with Production Cell requirements.
- Ensure timely support and movement of material within the Production Cells and across the various cells within the Operations.
- Check in merchandise and affix labels.
- Place materials in designated storage areas.
- Fulfill picking orders in warehouse management system and / or E.R.P.
- Move materials to store or buffer area, Pack, unpack and stage materials.
- Receive trucks and unload merchandise.
- Comfortably operate warehouse rolling equipment.
- Carry out tasks as assigned by the warehouse supervisor / manager.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- 21 years of age or older.
- High school Diploma or Equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively in English in required and French is preferred.
- Self-motivated and can act on own initiative.
- Minimum of 2 years general knowledge of warehouse/stockroom environment.
- Detail-oriented with good mathematical abilities.
- Must have ability to work as a team member to achieve the company’s quality and production standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work with production employees and managers, often under stressful conditions.
- Ability to key in data, type, and operate a computer keyboard.
- Must have basic math skills, read pick lists, data printouts, bills of material and other documents. Accuracy of data entry, accounts and record keeping is essential.
- Knowledge of ATA standards, and trade compliance.
