**We currently have an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant.**

**Specific Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Serve as point of contact for sales associates, product providers, and headquarters administration
- Compose professional correspondences
- Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Work on miscellaneous assignments as needed
- Willingness to take initiative and ownership of projects, as needed
- General office support as needed, such as answering phones, ordering supplies; maintaining working order of office equipment
- Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Mail Merge
- Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and with clients, both verbally and in writing.
- Must be able to maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Occasional travel is required (10%).
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced team environment.

**Required Education (or equivalent work experience)**: Bachelor’s Degree

**Work Experience**: Minimum 2 years, 5+ preferred

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour
