Administrative Assistant

**Job Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Prepare and update financial statements, reports, invoices, and other documents
- Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages
- Handling basic bookkeeping and monthly donor-related tasks
- Provide assistance with all office communication & administration
- Oversee Admin and Operations Staff Admin Assistance
- Assist with Recruitment of Volunteers
- Office Health & Safety Coordination
- Assist with Event Management and Purchasing
- Data Management including database updating
- Assist with Building Maintenance and projects
- Project manager for conferences and major productions
- Assistant to the Director
- Manage filing systems
- Manage online document storage
**Additional Information**: Since Passion to Reach Ministries is a charity, all volunteer experience will be considered an asset. When listing volunteer experience, please list the name of the organization, volunteer position (s), and the number of years of experience.
*This job is hybrid-remote. Most of it will be remote, but may require flexibility to be on-site in the office monthly.
