Horizon Retirement Management is looking for a Leasing Manager for Villagia in the Glebe located in downtown Ottawa, in a vibrant environment, ideal for maintaining health and autonomy.
Under the direction of the General Manager, the incumbent actively contributes to the achievement of business objectives, particularly in terms of competitive analysis, market penetration and revenue maximization. Ensures continuous improvement of the customer experience and consistency between the promise and the delivery of services. They contribute to the harmonization and quality of processes related to leasing and the customer experience. In the pursuit of excellence, they act as an ambassador for the quality and influence of the residence's and the corporation's brand, with a desire to grow a database of potential clients. They are invested in making the residence shine among the competition.
**Specific functions**:
- Seek out new clients by various means, ensures the development, outreach and visibility of the Villagia in the Glebe brand, in accordance with the above;
- Manage, in a professional and efficient manner, the rental process of vacant units in all its components;
- Seek customer feedback and do the follow up with diligence and improvement;
- Collection and update customer service data on a regular basis and provide information and report to senior management in a timely manner, both in terms of leasing and customer service;
- Collaborate with internal and external partners (residents, department managers, agencies, associations and interest groups) to maintain trust, develop relationships, maximize referrals and plan and execute special events;
- Collaborate with leasing agents from other residences in the spirit of sharing ideas and best practices.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of college education (or equivalent) in sales, real estate, administration or any other discipline deemed relevant **(mandatory)**;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or leasing in the retirement industry **(mandatory)**;
- Concrete achievements in sales, canvassing and networking.
- Communication skills;
- Sufficient knowledge of the Office suite, particularly Excel;
- Focused on teamwork and multidisciplinary collaboration;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Results-oriented with proven leadership skills to effectively achieve sales and retention goals;
- Ability to influence and challenge the status quo, leading the organization to do what it takes to achieve goals;
