**Duties Include**:

- General reception and communication.
- Office administration duties: purchasing supplies, organizing maintenance services, etc.
- Collecting and sorting invoices, timesheets and credit card receipts.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Reviewing and submitting employee paperwork, petty cash reports and expense reports.
